This Cookie Notice explains how Promo Nest Vault Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on promonestvault.pro. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.
1. What are cookies

2. How we use cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:

3. Cookie consent mechanism
When you first visit this website, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen. You may choose:
- Accept all: enables essential, functional and analytics cookies.
- Reject all: enables essential cookies only. Functional and analytics cookies are not set.
- Customise: opens a panel where you can toggle functional and analytics cookies individually before saving.
Your choice is stored in a cookie named pnv_consent with a maximum age of one hundred and eighty days. A backup copy is stored in localStorage under the key cookie_consent_v1. The stored value is a JSON object containing your preferences and a timestamp.
After making a choice, the banner will not reappear until the consent period expires or you clear your cookies. You can change your preferences at any time using the button below.

5. Google Maps disclosure
Every page on this website embeds Google Maps to display our studio location at 18 Teck Lim Road, Singapore 088387. Google Maps is a third-party service provided by Google LLC. When you load a page containing the map embed, Google may set cookies and collect data including:
- IP address and approximate location
- Device and browser information
- Interaction data with the map interface
- Referring URL and page load time
We embed maps using Google's standard iframe embed without an API key. We do not control Google's data collection practices. For information on how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Cookie Policy.
The map embed loads regardless of your cookie consent choice because it is necessary to display our registered address. However, your interaction with the map (zooming, clicking) may trigger additional Google cookies.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View cookies stored on your device
- Delete individual or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific or all websites
- Configure notifications when cookies are set
Blocking all cookies may affect website functionality, including the ability to remember your consent preferences. If you delete the pnv_consent cookie, the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.

7. JavaScript disabled
If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the cookie consent banner will not appear and preferences cannot be stored automatically. The website content remains fully readable. Essential server-side functionality is not affected. To manage cookies without JavaScript, use your browser settings as described above.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this Cookie Notice when our cookie practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Significant changes may be highlighted through the cookie banner on your next visit after the consent period expires.
9. Consent record format
The consent cookie stores a URL-encoded JSON object with the following structure: essential (always true), functional (boolean), analytics (boolean), ts (ISO 8601 timestamp of when the choice was saved), and v (consent schema version, currently 1). This format allows the consent panel to restore your previous toggles when reopened from this page or from the banner's Customise button.
If the stored value is corrupted or unreadable, the system treats it as no prior choice and shows the banner again. Clearing site data in your browser removes both the cookie and the localStorage backup simultaneously.
