Positioning architecture
Positioning begins with an honest map of the competitive field. We catalogue who occupies which territory, which claims are crowded, and where your organisation has genuine right to stand. The output is not a tagline workshop. It is a written positioning statement with explicit boundaries — what you claim, what you refuse to claim, and the proof that supports both.
We work from primary research where available: customer interviews, win-loss analysis, sales call transcripts. Where research is thin, we say so and build provisional frameworks that can be tested. Every positioning document includes an audience map showing which messages travel to which segments without contradiction.
