- Server logs: up to ninety days unless required for security investigation.
After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions under the PDPA, you have the following rights:
- Access: request access to personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Portability: where applicable, request a copy of your data in a commonly used format.

10. Data security

This website contains embedded Google Maps on every page. When you interact with the map, Google may collect data including IP address and device information according to Google's Privacy Policy. We embed maps to show our studio location and do not control Google's data practices.
Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy notices.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
13. Children
This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed at individuals under eighteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
14. Marketing communications

15. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) setting. There is no universal standard for responding to DNT signals. We do not currently alter our data practices in response to DNT headers. You may manage cookies through our consent banner or your browser settings as described in our Cookie Notice.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm or affect a significant number of individuals, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore and affected individuals as required under the PDPA. Our internal incident response procedure includes containment, assessment, notification and remediation steps.

We take reasonable steps to ensure personal data we hold is accurate and complete. You are responsible for providing accurate information when contacting us. If your contact details change during an engagement, please notify us so records remain current.
18. Third-party processors
Where we engage processors to handle personal data on our behalf, we require contractual terms that mirror PDPA obligations: purpose limitation, security measures, confidentiality, sub-processor controls and deletion upon termination. We maintain a register of processors and review their practices periodically.
