Statement of method

These are the questions we hear most often before an engagement begins. Answers are direct. If your question is not here, write to [email protected] and we will respond within two working days.

What kind of organisations do you work with?

Founders and brand managers in Singapore and across APAC whose messaging has drifted across channels. Our clients include B2B technology firms entering new markets, professional services practices refreshing their proposition, consumer brands launching new lines, and family businesses preparing for generational transition.

We work best with organisations that have leadership willing to make decisions and internal teams who will steward the brand system after handover. Size varies — from twenty-person startups to established regional companies.

Do you execute campaigns or buy media?

No. Promo Nest Vault specialises in upstream brand strategy — positioning, narrative, message hierarchy and editorial systems. We do not plan media schedules, buy advertising space, manage social accounts or produce campaign creative.

If your need is campaign execution, we will say so honestly and suggest you speak with an integrated marketing studio. Our work produces the strategic documents those studios execute against.

How long does a positioning sprint take?

Fourteen working days with eight defined checkpoints. The sprint includes brief reading, stakeholder interviews, a drift report, provisional framework, challenge session, revision lock on day ten, documentation draft and final handover.

See the full Runsheet for checkpoint details. Longer engagements — editorial retainers, brand system documentation — follow different cadences agreed at scope.

What do you deliver at the end of an engagement?

Written documents your organisation keeps: positioning statements, competitive maps, message hierarchies, narrative documents, voice guides, editorial programmes and brand system catalogues. Every deliverable is dated, versioned and handed over with the complete project record.

We do not leave you with slides alone. Slides may accompany a presentation, but the authoritative document is always a written file your team can reference independently.

Can we visit the studio?

Yes, by appointment. The studio is at 18 Teck Lim Road, #02-03, Singapore 088387. We welcome visits during studio hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 Singapore time.

Write to [email protected] to arrange a time. Initial conversations can happen in the studio or by video — whichever suits your schedule.

Who reads incoming enquiries?

The studio director reads every message to [email protected]. There is no automated routing, no account manager buffer, and no chat widget. Your enquiry receives direct attention within two working days.

Include a brief description of your positioning challenge and any existing materials you can share. The more context you provide, the more useful our initial response will be.

Do you work with agencies of record?

Yes. We frequently produce positioning documents that an organisation's agency of record executes against. In these arrangements, we deliver the strategic foundation; the agency handles creative production and channel management.

We can join alignment sessions with your agency to ensure the positioning document is understood and adopted. Our brand system documentation is structured for partner use.

What is message drift?

Message drift occurs when different channels contradict each other because no single document holds authority. The website emphasises innovation while the sales deck emphasises reliability. Social posts use casual language the brand guide forbids. New hires invent their own vocabulary because onboarding never covered voice standards.

Drift is gradual and often invisible from inside the organisation. Our drift report — produced early in every engagement — names the contradictions explicitly so leadership can decide which message survives.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Promo Nest Vault describes methods and delivers written frameworks. We do not guarantee commercial results, media performance, audience growth, search rankings or any other measurable outcome.

We measure our own success by whether your organisation can communicate coherently after handover — not by metrics that depend on factors outside our scope.
